Enjoy a comfortable and relaxed holiday in this charming and welcoming apartment located just a few minutes from the beach. Fully equipped and designed to offer a practical and comfortable stay, it is an excellent option for families or couples who wish to enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere of the Costa Dorada with all the necessary amenities.

- Master bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Second bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Spacious and modern living-dining room with sofa bed.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher.
- Full bathroom with shower.
- Guest toilet.
The building has a pleasant communal area with a garden and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Group bookings are not accepted. Optional parking space with supplement, upon request and subject to availability.
- Outdoor swimming pool available during summer season.
- Air conditioning only in the lounge.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection is carried out at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- Just a stone's throw from the apartment, we recommend discovering La Esquina Sabrosa, a cosy Latin American restaurant perfect for enjoying home-made flavours and family atmosphere, the Asador Argentino Puerto Madero Cambrils, ideal for lovers of grilled meats and Argentine cuisine and, just a 5-minute walk away is the Restaurante Rincón de Diego, recognised with a Michelin star since 2005, with a sophisticated gastronomic offering with innovative versions of Spanish dishes.

· Parc Samà, located just a few minutes' drive away, is a highly recommended visit to enjoy historic gardens, nature and a unique setting ideal for the whole family.
· The Old Town of Cambrils which retains the traditional charm of the locality, with quiet streets, small squares and corners full of history.
· Cambrils Port. One of the most dynamic and pleasant areas of the city, full of shops, terraces and excellent restaurants. In addition, you can enjoy watching the arrival of fishing boats and visit the fish market to discover and buy fresh Mediterranean fish.
· Pinaret Park and Pescador Park, perfect for walking and relaxing with the family. During the summer, Pescador Park offers shows and children's activities for the little ones.
· The Roman Villa of La Llosa which will allow you to discover the Roman past of Cambrils through an interesting archaeological site located by the sea.
