A las 9:30h teníamos que salir del alojamiento, y a las 9:33h aparecieron las chicas de la limpieza.
Entrada a partir de las 16:30 de día de inicio y salida a las 9:30….. me parece regular, la verdad.

En otro orden de cosas, aprovechamos un “coronabono” , me explico: del precio inicial se nos descontó lo ya abonado del bono y además un % del montante restante, por lo cual teníamos prácticamente pagada la mayor parte del alojamiento sin siquiera estar en él. Pero cuál fue nuestro asombro cuando, a pocos días de la entrada, recibimos un correo exigiéndonos pagar el importe restante, y además una fianza. En todos los años que llevamos viajando jamás se nos ha exigido pagar la totalidad del alojamiento antes de entrar en él. Francamente me parece increíble. De pagar una fianza cinco días antes ya ni hablamos. No volveremos a contratar nada más con esta empresa, aún habiendo sido el apartamento como esperábamos. Gracias. |

Aunque nos alegra que el apartamento hay cumplido con sus expectativas, lamentamos que la experiencia no haya sido del todo satisfactoria y le pedimos disculpas por ello. No obstante, debo disentir con el uso del término "Exigir". Usted tiene la posibilidad de terminar de formalizar la reserva, tanto el pago del monto restante como la fianza el día de llegada en recepción. Por seguridad y evitar estar mucho tiempo en recepción enviamos el mail del check-in online 5 días antes de la llegada. Así, sólo tiene que esperar unos minutos para recoger sus llaves. En caso contrario, la espera puede ser de alrededor de una hora. Por otra parte, en la mayoria de los portales de reserva online, la totalidad de la estancia se paga por adelantado. En cuanto a los horarios de entrada y salida, están especificados en la reserva y en nuestra web. Entendemos que son un poco justos, pero dada la situación actual de pandemia y ser temporada alta, no podemos flexibilizarlo más. Se necesitan al menos 6 horas de ventilación entre cliente y cliente. Espero que reconsidere su decisión de no visitarnos de nuevo para poder demostrarle que la máxima satisfacción de nuestros clientes es nuestra máxima prioridad.
