The UHC NOVELTY APARTMENTS complex is one of the most central buildings in Salou, located right on Passeig Marítim Jaume I, just opposite Llevant Beach, the main beach of Salou. Its location is excellent for enjoying the sea and also for being very close to all services, shops, restaurants and leisure areas. The residential complex has a large communal swimming pool, as well as a children's pool ideal for the little ones. We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together.

The apartment is distributed as follows:
- Living-dining room with double sofa bed and well-equipped open kitchen. One air conditioning unit.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Spacious terrace (accessible from living room and bedroom).
GOOD TO KNOW
- Seasonal outdoor pool (15/06-15/09).
- Free WIFI during your stay.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
