Apartment S204-056 Mediterráneo is located very close to Plaza Europa and about a 10-minute walk from Llevant Beach and a 20-minute walk from PortAventura World. This cosy, fully renovated apartment is perfect for families who wish to combine relaxing days by the sea with the wide range of leisure and entertainment offered by the Costa Dorada. Located in a quiet area, between PortAventura World and Salou beach, it enjoys a privileged location for walking to the main points of interest. Furthermore, the complex has a large communal area with a swimming pool, garden and lawn around it, ideal for enjoying as a family.
DISTRIBUTION
With capacity for up to 4 people, it is distributed as follows:
- Spacious terrace on the ground floor with views of the swimming pool.
- Large living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and fully equipped American kitchen with appliances, utensils and crockery. Equipped with air conditioning.
- Master bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace. Equipped with fan.
- Second bedroom with 2 single beds. Equipped with fan.
- Full bathroom with shower.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Group bookings and pets are not accepted. The apartment is rented exclusively to families or couples.
- Air conditioning available only in the living room. Bedrooms have fans.
- Wi-Fi included throughout the stay.
- Seasonal outdoor communal pool, open during the summer months.
- The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
- Ideal accommodation for families with children thanks to its excellent location and peaceful surroundings. Unbeatable location for walking to both the beach and PortAventura and the centre of Salou.
- The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours before arrival, including the details of all occupants required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and to complete any outstanding payments. Otherwise, key delivery cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact guests beforehand to provide all necessary information.
