Discover Salou by staying in this apartment with an unbeatable location. A 5-minute walk from the beach, Salou's tourist centre and 10 minutes from the Port Aventura & Ferrari Land theme park. It is a practical and economical apartment with excellent value for money. Well equipped so the family can fully enjoy their holidays in Salou with all services within walking distance. It is the ideal accommodation for families looking to combine beach relaxation and adrenaline-pumping fun at the most entertaining theme parks on the Costa Dorada.

With a maximum capacity of 5 people, it is distributed as follows:
- Living room with open-plan kitchen. There is a sofa bed (click-clack type)
- Master bedroom with double bed.
- Second bedroom with bunk beds. The bunk beds are child-sized and are not suitable for adults.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Corner terrace with pool view.
HIGHLIGHTS

- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Optional WIFI for only €5/day. Add it at the end of your booking.
- Seasonal communal outdoor swimming pool. From 15/06 to 15/09 (dates may vary).
- The building has security cameras in common areas.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
- Due to the natural characteristics of the surroundings and Mediterranean climate, especially during the warm season, the occasional presence of insects may occur. If you detect any issues during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can review it and take appropriate measures. As a preventive measure, we recommend not leaving food scraps and taking out the rubbish daily.

Las zonas comunes (en especial zona piscina) se encontraba sucio la mayor parte del tiempo. Los vecinos de debajo eran muy ruidosos, hasta altas horas de la mañana hacían mucho ruido (incluso un día estuvieron en la piscina hasta las 00.30h).
