This stylish apartment is located in one of the newest areas of Salou, within a beautiful residential complex with few neighbours, a swimming pool, a well-maintained garden, and parking. All amenities, such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, are within walking distance. Every Monday, you can also visit Salou's market, just 400 metres away.

- Living-dining room with a double sofa bed and access to the terrace.
- Spacious terrace with street views.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen.
- Master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
- Bedroom with two single beds.
- Second full bathroom with a shower.

- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Optional parking available with a supplement and upon request.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
- Ideal for a family holiday with children.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival, including providing occupant details as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information.
