Located right on Paseo Jaime I, in the heart of Salou. It is one of our best rated accommodations for its unbeatable location and its facilities.
And the views are SPECTACULAR. It is a penthouse and has a huge terrace with panoramic views of the promenade and Llevant beach.
It also has a large communal area with swimming pools, sun loungers, parasols and fun inflatables for children.

Living-dining room with sofa bed for 2 people.

Fully equipped kitchen.
Master bedroom with double bed.
Second bedroom with 2 twin beds.

GOOD TO KNOW:
- Air conditioning only in the living room.
- Fitted wardrobes in bedrooms.
- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- Exclusively for families.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
-The elevator does not reach the floor. You have to climb the last floor by stairs.
- Optional parking with supplement and under request and availability. Add it at the end of your booking at a special price. It is difficult to park in Salou in high season and if you book at reception it will be more expensive.
- A step away from the beach :)
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.
· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.

Kitchen very basic and little.
For such a great terrace with view it would be fine if there was a little shadow in the afternoon so you can sit outside with the heat of the sun. There was nothing for making shadow on the big terrace.

We came here for the 4th time and had another great holiday in a beautiful location. Everything was perfectly arranged. Nice and big balcony and a nice sea view.The service and communication with UHC was also perfect. We will definitely be back agaisee more

Logement parfait ! Un dernier étage a monter par les escaliers mais bien mérité pour arriver dans un grand logement avec une terrasse aussi grande et une vu à couper le souffle ! Je conseille très fortement !
