It consists of a single storey with a large living-dining room with large windows with access to the terrace with views of the swimming pool, a very well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom area is distributed in a master suite with its own bathroom, 1 room with 2 single beds and another room with 2 single beds.

La ubicación es perfecta, zona muy tranquila cerca de la playa. Zona ajardinada muy bien cuidada con piscina y paddel. Apartamento amplio, muy limpio y cómodo. Terraza grande con vistas a la zona comunitaria.

Mejor equipamiento de utensilios de cocina ( cuchillos, colador, batidora, pelador,etc)
Toldos en la terraza porque no se puede disfrutar hasta la tarde en verano porque da mucho el sol.
