Description
The UHC LARIMAR complex is located in the centre of Salou, a 5-minute walk from the beach. It has a large communal swimming pool with a hot tub area, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, garden, 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts and a children's playground.
We have several apartments in this complex, which is ideal for families travelling together. Some small basic features or furniture/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation, but all have the same main features such as modern furniture. Special requests such as a specific apartment, view or floor are not guaranteed and are strictly upon request. You can request this when making your booking.
DISTRIBUTION:
These apartments for 4 people have everything to meet all your needs during your stay. They are distributed as follows:
- Spacious terrace
- Living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. There is a double sofa bed.
- Double bedroom with double bed.
- Children's bedroom with two single beds.
- Well-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and crockery.
- Full bathroom (with bath or shower).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Optional parking with supplement and subject to availability. We recommend booking it in advance. During peak season it is difficult to find a space.
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Free WiFi in the communal area. This service is provided by the administration of the complex owners and UHC will not be responsible for limitations or outages.
- Seasonal outdoor pool.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection is carried out at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or stains on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

A few things to keep in mind. When we arrived we thought we could use facilities as we paid for it so we end up getting in and using the pool till we could check in, got a call from UHC saying it was forbidden to use any facilities so we had to take see more

When we arrived we thought we could use facilities as we paid for it so we end up getting in and using the pool till we could check in, got a call from UHC saying it was forbidden to use any facilities so we had to take the kids out of the pool and wait till 4.30 before we could use it again! Which I think is disgraceful and the same when checking out at 10am. I think it would have changed my mind booking. It’s not a bad apartment but it could do with some upkeep. And no umbrellas allowed either so kids couldn’t chill to long in the sun . Location is excellent

Alquilamos una plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio y teníamos que subir unas cuantas escaleras con el equipaje y la compra, ya que no nos proporcionaron la llave de ascensor para acceder directamente desde el garaje
