Description
The Magnolia House is located in a very quiet area but close to the beautiful coves of Miami Playa and just steps away from the centre with all services. It has a large private garden with a barbecue and a communal area with a swimming pool.

- Spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace. Equipped with 6-speed fan.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher.

- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
- 2 bedrooms with two single beds each.
- 1 second complete bathroom with a bathtub

- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Seasonal communal outdoor swimming pool.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Il manquait un parasol ,pour manger le midi sur la terrasse ainsi qu un ou deux transat pour profiter du jardin.personnellement ,je trouve que le matelas est un peu dur.Verifier avant la location,l ouverture de la piscine qui devait etre ouverte a nosee more
Il manquait un parasol ,pour manger le midi sur la terrasse ainsi qu un ou deux transat pour profiter du jardin.personnellement ,je trouve que le matelas est un peu dur.Verifier avant la location,l ouverture de la piscine qui devait etre ouverte a notre arrivee et qui malheureusement ne l etait pas.Ce qui en parti a motiver notre reservation.la plage n etait pas a 400 m comme indiquee sur l annonce mais a bien 1km.Ce qui veut dire que si vous n etes pas vehicule ,cela pose un probleme.Une demi heure de marche en pleine chaleur avec sacs de plage et ou enfant et chien cela est un peu complique.
