This charming house was completely renovated in 2004 and upgraded for the 2024 season! Get ready to be impressed by its design and amenities.

In the basement, you'll find a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed, a cosy terrace with direct access to the private pool and a barbecue area perfect for those summer nights, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favourite dishes, a utility/laundry room, and a full bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, two cosy bedrooms await you, each with two single beds, a large terrace to enjoy the fresh air, and another shower room. From this floor and down an external staircase, you can also access the garden/pool without going through the house.
And on the first floor, discover a truly generous master bedroom, with two luxurious 160cm beds and a large terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub.
And let's not forget the crown jewel: the beautiful Playa Cristal, just a 3-minute walk away! Enjoy its crystal-clear waters and golden sand without the crowds of other beaches. And after a day of fun in the sun, explore the picturesque promenade full of restaurants, bars and beach bars, where you can delight in delicious Mediterranean cuisine while taking in the impressive sea views.

- This villa is only rented to families. Groups are not accepted.
- Weekly change of sheets and towels for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Дом очень хороший, расположение - до моря идти 3 минуты, на балконе дома вечером слышен шум волн. Бассейн большой, мы ожидали что меньше будет, вечером включается красивая подсветка. Три спальни, на третьем этаже в спальне две кровати двуспальные. Свsee more

Три спальни, на третьем этаже в спальне две кровати двуспальные. Свободно разместятся в доме 6 человек. Кухня хорошо оборудована, есть все необходимое, вся кухонная техника в наличии. Для тихого семейного отдыха дом очень хорошо подходит. Хочется вернуться в следующем году!
